Key Responsibilities Leasing Coordinator Answer and route incoming phone calls and manage a shared email inbox Greet walk-in customers and provide front-line customer service Build and maintain client files, ensuring contracts, billing details, and insurance documentation are complete and accurate File leasing contracts and maintain organized records Assist with inventory tracking and updates Support scheduling and dispatching activities Verify customer insurance documentation Assist with billing and administrative tasks Enter and maintain data in pre-built Excel spreadsheets Learn and utilize company-specific software systems (including Karmak) Complete ad-hoc admin tasks Qualifications Leasing Coordinator 3+ years of administrative experience in a similar role Prior experience in trucking or a related industry preferred Strong data entry skills with attention to detail (Excel experience required) Comfortable handing phone, email, and customer interactions Positive, professional demeanor with a team-oriented mindset Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen (including THC) #INMAY2025 EB-...
