We are partnering with a large, well-established organization to identify a Lease Administrator for a contract opportunity supporting a high-volume real estate portfolio. This role plays a key part in ensuring lease compliance, managing occupancy-related expenses, and supporting long-term site operations. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams while also interacting with external partners, including landlords and vendors.
This is a fully onsite position in downtown Columbus, with parking provided.
Responsibilities
Support lease administration activities, including reviewing documents and maintaining accurate records
Process and track rent payments and other occupancy-related expenses
Assist with setting up new locations and updating information within internal systems
Coordinate with landlords and internal teams to resolve routine questions and discrepancies
Monitor and organize lease documentation, amendments, and key dates
Provide reporting support and assist with general administrative tasks related to the lease portfolio
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
At least 2 years of experience in administrative support roles, experience with leases and accounting preferred
Strong Microsoft Excel skills for tracking and reporting purposes
Comfortable working with systems and learning new tools quickly
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams
Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
