Commercial Valuation Advisors (CVA) is seeking a motivated commercial real estate appraiser who is ready for more than just another production role.

CVA is a commercial real estate valuation and consulting firm based in Denver, owned by 2021 National Appraisal Institute President Rodman Schley, MAI, SRA. We are not a large corporate firm. Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial appraisal and consulting assignments
• Analyze market data, comparable sales, leases, and financial information
• Inspect commercial properties and conduct market research
• Develop narrative appraisal reports and valuation analyses
• Communicate with clients, brokers, attorneys, lenders, and market participants
• Assist with mentoring and team development as responsibilities grow

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified General designation
• Commercial appraisal experience across multiple property types
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage assignments independently
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and commercial real estate data platforms
• Knowledge of DCF valuation platforms is a plus
