We are seeking a polished, professional, and customer-service-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at a luxury Class A residential community. This role serves as a key support position for the property management office and is often the first point of contact for residents and guests. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Responsibilities Greet residents, guests, and prospective residents in a warm and professional manner

Answer phones, emails, and general resident inquiries promptly and courteously

Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the management team

Conduct follow-up calls with new move-ins to ensure resident satisfaction and address any concerns

Assist with work order coordination and follow up with residents regarding maintenance requests

Walk new residents to their apartment homes during move-in and provide a welcoming introduction to the community

Support day-to-day administrative operations within the leasing and management office

Maintain organized resident records, keys, and office documentation

Assist with resident events, communications, and overall resident relations initiatives

Coordinate with concierge, maintenance, and leasing teams to ensure smooth property operations

Maintain a polished and professional appearance of the front office and common areas

Qualifications Prior experience in property management, hospitality, customer service, or administrative support preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Professional demeanor and positive attitude

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software preferred

Ability to provide a high level of customer service in a luxury residential environment
