What Makes This Opportunity Different You'll run your own files start-to-finish You'll help build systems and processes You'll work directly with leadership (no layers) You'll have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as we scale This is a startup environmentand we're looking for someone who thrives in that. Responsibilities: 1. Open and process title files 2. Order title, lien searches, HOA estoppels, surveys and payoffs 3. Review and interpret title commitments 4. Clear title issues (liens, violations, clouds, settlements) 5. Negotiate and resolve title issues with municipalities, associations, attorney's and lenders 5. Prepare and balance settlement statements (CD/HUD/ALTA) 6. Manage funding, post-closing and policy issuance 7. Support investor focused transactions (e.g., assignments, double closings, novations, land trusts, creative financing transactions) Requirements: Experience as a Title Processor / Closer Proficiency in Qualia or similar software Ability to handle files independently from open to close Strong understanding of investor transactions Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Strong Preference: Licensed Florida Title Agent Work Setup: Initially in-office (Miami area) for onboarding Opportunity to transition to remote/hybrid after performance review Compensation based on experience: (1) Full-Time: $50-$75K + Bonus (Full-Time) or (2) Part-time / Contract Base also considered We are Flexible.
