Position Highlights Handle a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions from inception through closing Draft and review purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and related contracts Conduct title review, due diligence, and transactional analysis Advise clients on real estate development, acquisitions, financing, and property matters Work directly with developers, lenders, business owners, and individual clients Collaborate with an established and supportive legal team in a fast-paced environment Opportunity for long-term growth and advancement within a respected firm Qualifications 2-4 years of real estate law experience preferred Licensed and in good standing with the New Hampshire Bar Additional New England bar admissions are a plus Strong drafting, negotiation, and transactional skills Experience handling commercial and residential real estate matters preferred Ability to independently manage files while maintaining strong client relationships Portable book of business is welcomed, but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000-$130,000+ depending on experience and credentials Additional compensation consideration available for attorneys with significant transactional experience or an established client base Comprehensive benefits package Clear path for professional growth and long-term advancement Culture & Environment The firm values professionalism, responsiveness, and collaboration, and is seeking an attorney who will integrate seamlessly into its team-oriented culture.
