Property Manager to $95K - Hands-On Leadership!

Our client, a real estate organization, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee operations across two high-traffic sites. In this role, you will be responsible for leading on-site teams, driving lease performance, and managing the financial health of the properties. The ideal candidates brings 5+ years of hands-on residential property management experience, including staff oversight.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations across multiple properties; leading and mentoring on-site staff; driving leasing activity, occupancy, and resident satisfaction; managing budgets, financial reporting, and asset performance; partnering with regional leadership on operational strategy; ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; utilizing property management systems to track performance and reporting.
The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of residential property management experience; proven success managing larger communities or multi-property portfolios; strong people-management and leadership skills; experience overseeing leasing, operations, and financial performance; hands-on experience with property management software; and a practical, roll-up-your-sleeves work style with strong judgment and follow-
