Facility Planner

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Facility Planner to join our team in Oahu, HI .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Drafts planning studies and reports to assist in the development of facilities and land use programs.

• Perform site assessments and collect data on existing infrastructure conditions.

• Maintain planning archives and documentation in accordance with established SOPs.

• Develops draft project programming documents and facility requirement evaluations for senior-level review and coordination.

• Support the maintenance of the Theater Master Plan by updating site maps and facility utilization data.

• Prepare artifacts for environmental and site feasibility assessments under senior guidance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of position relevant experience.

• Demonstrated ability to draft technical planning documentation and follow established SOPs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Foundational proficiency in GIS or CAD software.

• Experience supporting OCONUS planning or engineering projects.

• Familiarity with DoD programming and budgeting cycles.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must hold an active DOD Confidential Clearance

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
