With three kids (a rising high school senior, third grader, and first grader), plus a lake house property, our household runs at full speed. Between real estate entrepreneurship, multiple youth sports schedules, school activities, and family time, we're looking for a proactive partner who can help us stay ahead of the daily operations rather than constantly catching up. Our home is designed for entertaining and family connection, with beautiful new spaces that need thoughtful systems and ongoing maintenance. We value clean living and appreciate someone who brings mature, capable energy to our team. We want to focus on being present parents rather than drowning in household logistics, and we need someone who can help make that happen. Who You Are / What We're Looking For You're a self-starter who is energized by creating order and solving problems before they arise. You've been on teams before and understand the importance of stepping in to help where it is needed to lighten the load for others. You know what it means to anticipate needs and take ownership.
