We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Onsite Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate is responsive, professional, and capable of balancing resident relations, leasing support, property oversight, and basic administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents
- Conduct property tours and assist with leasing activities
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
- Monitor delinquency reports
- Respond to resident concerns and maintenance requests
- Coordinate with maintenance vendors and contractors
- Perform regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Enforce lease agreements and community policies
- Maintain Property/Units
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication logs
- Assist with marketing and resident retention efforts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve issues professionally
- Basic computer skills including email, spreadsheets, and property management software
- Ability to live onsite
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous property management, leasing, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AppFolio
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
