To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, an established real estate firm, is seeking a Community Manager to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Bel Air, Maryland. About The Job: Lead daily operations of an affordable housing community, overseeing onsite office and maintenance teams Manage leasing activity, waitlists, recertifications, and administrative operations Oversee rent collection, delinquencies, financial reporting, and budgeting Ensure compliance with affordable housing programs including Project-Based Section 8, HUD, and LIHTC Maintain strong resident relationships and handle tenant matters with professionalism and discretion Oversee property maintenance, vendor coordination, and operational improvements Implement and maintain property standards, procedures, and best practices About You: 3+ years of property management experience required Affordable housing experience required, including Project-Based Section 8 Strong knowledge of budgeting, rent collections, and financial reporting Experience with property management systems such as RealPage, OneSite, or JD Edwards preferred Proven leadership experience managing onsite teams Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Resident-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive Comfortable handling sensitive tenant situations and regulatory compliance About The Position: Start Date: ASAP! $28/hr $60K when converted Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm 100% onsite A1458633DC-Temp_...
