Park East Villa, (321 Stillwater Ave, Bangor) opened in the fall of 1997, is an independent living apartment building with 16 spacious one-bedroom apartments, common areas, and an array of support amenities.

Part time: starting at $22.00 per hour (experience considered from there)

Job Overview

The Tenant Relations Coordinator is responsible for the daily oversight and operations of a 16-unit independent retirement community. The Tenant Relations Coordinator will oversee tenant relations, rent collection, sales & marketing, community outreach, new tenant move in/ move outs, lease management, tours, and community activity planning. The Tenant relations coordinator will also facilitate housekeeping and maintenance services, to ensure a safe and clean environment for our tenants. The tenant relations coordinator is responsible for maintaining budgeted occupancy and revenue goals and will report directly to administration.

Marketing and Sales

Study the market and create a dynamic, Marketing & Sales Plan

Identify referral sources and determine how much time is needed to facilitate a partnership

Conduct weekly strategy and oversight meetings with Administrator

Cultivate a community feel within the building that is welcoming, modern and functional

Strive to meet or exceed targeted occupancy and budget

Planning and facilitating community events

Tenant Move-In and Move-Out Process

Review and facilitate the move-in packet with the tenant and/or family

Monthly rent collection

Overseen maintenance of tenant files

Conduct Move-Out check sheet to ensure the unit is left in good condition and that a security deposit should be refunded

Core Competencies

Possess good written and verbal skills for effective communication

Demonstrate good judgement, problem solving and decision-making skills

Goal Oriented

Requirements:

+ High School diploma/ GED required

+ Marketing, property management, community relations or medical field experience preferred
