This is a hands-on role focused on operations, maintenance coordination, and customer relations. You will be responsible for keeping the property running smoothly, signing up new customers and assisting with turnover issues. Responsibilities include: - Managing daily customer relations, security guards and cleaning ladies. - Coordinating maintenance requests by customers. - Ensuring units are move in ready and well maintained. - Managing move-ins and move-outs. - Conducting regular property checks and identifying issues proactively. - Communicating with tenants and resolving issues efficiently - Keeping operations organized and on schedule We are looking for someone who: - Is reliable, responsive, and organized - Takes ownership and works independently - Is hands-on and proactive - Has experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or similar roles (preferred but not required) Schedule & Compensation - Salary: $6,000/month - Pay: Bi-weekly - Schedule: Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Principals only.
