Rental Property Inspector

Responsible for periodic inspections and move-out inspections

Responsible for property inspections both at move- out and periodic. Works closely with property owners, vendors and tenants when inspecting homes. Must be able to provide your own vehicle and phone, gas card will be provided

Be fluent with computers: email, Microsoft office, and ability to learn new software

Be able to multi task , solve problems, create letters, take phone calls, perform minor accounting.

Have excellent customer service skills in person and over the phone

Have a teamwork mindset, but also be self driven and motivated to accomplish tasks

Have a desire and ability to learn quickly and work hard

We are looking for a long term relationship
