Escrow Specialist

at Insight Global, LLC in Chicago, Illinois, United States Job Description Job Description We are seeking an Escrow Specialist to support Wealth Operations within Domestic Trust Operations. This role is responsible for executing escrow-related money movement (escrow wires, funding/disbursements) along with broader cash processing and operational support tied to our law firm vertical. The ideal candidate is highly accurate, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where multi-million-dollar movements require urgency, precision, and strong internal coordination. Key Responsibilities Execute escrow wires and related funding/disbursement workflows in alignment with policy, controls, and service timelines. Perform daily cash processing activities (money movement, deposits, wires, ACH , internal transfers). Support operational intake through review of documentation, validation of instructions, and completion of required approvals/controls. Manage clearing accounts/DDAs related to cash movement; track and resolve exceptions. Partner with internal stakeholders (front office/wealth teams, operations partners, treasury/payment services) to ensure timely processing. Maintain strong audit/control hygiene: documentation, approvals, and proper handling of sensitive client instructions. Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to reduce rework/errors.
