The Branch Real Estate Division is responsible for negotiating leases and managing real estate contracts for Branch Office locations across the United States and Canada.
In this role, the Branch Real Estate Transaction Manager oversees the full lifecycle of real estate transactionsfrom initial strategy and negotiation through execution and closeoutwithin an assigned segment of the Branch Real Estate portfolio.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the commercial real estate market, exceptional time management and organizational skills, and a high degree of attention to detail. Success in this role requires the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including legal, finance, and business partners.
This role is critical to ensuring that branch real estate transactions are executed efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with legal requirements and Edward Jones company standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end real estate transactions, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
- Advise field partners using commercial real estate expertise and sound independent judgment.
- Negotiate and execute transactions (new leases, renewals, terminations), including drafting and finalizing lease agreements.
- Analyze financial, operational, and market data; deliver insights and recommendations to inform decisions.
- Partner with Branch Real Estate and field leadership to align transaction activity with strategic business goals.
- Communicate complex information clearly to leadership to support decision-making.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with firm policies and standards.
- Lead cross-functional coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive execution.

- Bachelors degree required
- 5-7 years-commercial real estate experience
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
- Demonstrated financial and real estate acumen, including financial analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Deep knowledge of corporate real estate transaction management and related functions (e.g., finance, accounting, construction, project management, lease administration, operations, IS).
- Understanding of financial policies and procedures within corporate real estate.
- Industry certification or membership preferred.
