Job Description:
Work Environment
  • Global portfolio for data centers
  • Team is global

Typical Responsibilities
  • Conduct reconciliations for small to medium-sized clients to ensure operating expenses align with lease terms
  • Uphold integrity of real estate portfolio data for large, complex global portfolios
  • Assist asset managers in reviewing invoices and contractual terms

Key Responsibilities
Financial Administration & Support
  • Manage purchase order lifecycle for leased asset portfolio
  • Request, track, and monitor POs ensuring proper fund allocation
  • Serve as primary contact for AP inquiries
  • Validate invoices against contractual terms
  • Resolve or escalate billing discrepancies to Asset Manager
  • Monitor/report invoices to ensure compliance with vendor obligations
Compliance & Certificate Management
  • Collect, track, and maintain required industry certificates from service providers
  • Ensure service providers adhere to regulatory and internal operational standards
Contractual & Operational Support
  • Provide support for periodic/ad hoc vendor contract reviews
  • Deliver reporting on vendor compliance and status to lease asset management team

Must-Have Skills
  • Leasing asset management background
  • Experience revising portfolios and invoices (small to medium scale)
  • Commercial real estate experience (not residential/apartment leasing)
  • Knowledge of AP/PO processes and lease administration
  • Ability to review rent invoices, contracts, and approve/move forward

Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience in data center space
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets (intermediate to advanced)
    • Ability to create formulas, run reports, manage detailed spreadsheets
  • Google Suites proficiency
  • Reporting tools experience (Looker Studio, Power BI comparable)
  • Salesforce experience
  • Self-starter mindset

Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years
  • Education: Bachelors degree preferred (open to alternatives)
