Company: Family-owned Property Management Company with long-time ties to local community. Location: Arlington, MA Job Type: Direct Hours/Schedule: 25-30 hours/week, (3-4 Days/week -with option to work 3 hours remotely), occasional Saturdays on-site Rate: \$40,000-\$45,000 based on experience plus commission, along with generous benefits package Job Description: Reporting to Property Manager, the Leasing Consultant will assist with all leasing and administrative duties associated with local vibrant and busy apartment communities. Responsibilities: Conduct professional and informative tours of apartment community with prospective clients Provide prompt follow-up with additional information Update listings on leasing websites Conduct regular research and tracking of community traffic and competitors Build relationships with real estate brokers and prospective tenants Provide prompt reports to staff regarding property maintenance, resident questions, concerns or complaints Assist with residents\' inquiries and general questions regarding lease details and information Create and post social media content Assist management with marketing Qualifications: Excellent Customer Service skills Sales background, professional and confident sales skills Proven dependability and independent, organized self-starter Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiencies in MS Office Suite, Canva and Adobe PDF (experience working with Yardi a plus) Bachelor?s Degree Prior leasing experience a plus Required Amount of Experience: 5 years Required Skills: Customer service, sales, MS Office Suite, Canva, Yardi a plus Is U.S. Citizenship Required?
