Job Description

Responsible for evaluating, negotiating, and securing land rights (fee, lease, easement) for company use. Handles leasing of company-owned properties, disposal of surplus land, and resolution of land-related conflicts. Conducts negotiations with landowners to ensure timely acquisition of transmission rights-of-way, substation sites, and other necessary properties. Works closely with developers, regulatory agencies, construction teams, and property owners to facilitate land use agreements and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Education: Bachelor's degree required; certifications in real estate law or land acquisition preferred.Key Responsibilities:- Lead strategic land acquisition efforts for major projects.- Resolve complex land ownership conflicts and regulatory challenges.- Advise on property rights, land use planning, and eminent domain proceedings.- Oversee valuation, negotiations, and execution of high-value land deals.- Develop and implement land acquisition policies and best practices.
