Senior Property Manager (62219) Alberta Heights - Bismarck, ND 58503 Quick Apply Overview Salary Range $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 Salary/year Job Shift Day Education Level High School Travel Percentage Up to 25% Category Management Quick Apply Description Senior Property Manager - Affordable Housing Full-Time | Property Management | Affordable Housing Compliance Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager with a strong background in affordable housing and property management compliance to oversee a portfolio of regulated communities. This role is responsible for day-to-day property operations, financial performance, and federal and state housing compliance, including LIHTC, Section 8, HUD, Rural Development, and HOME programs. Key Responsibilities - Affordable Housing Compliance & Operations Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HIF, HUD, HOME, and applicable regulations Maintain tenant files, income certifications, recertifications, verifications, and waitlists Prepare for audits, inspections, and compliance reviews Enforce Fair Housing, OSHA, MSDS, and safety policies Property Management & Financial Oversight Assist with annual budget preparation Monitor property financial performance and variances Review monthly financial statements Oversee rent collection, delinquencies, evictions, and bad debt Leasing, Occupancy & Resident Services Maintain occupancy goals within program requirements Oversee leasing, applications, and eligibility determinations Address resident concerns and lease violations Leadership & Team Management Lead and support on-site teams Assist with hiring, training, and performance management Qualifications College degree preferred or equivalent experience Affordable housing property management experience required Strong knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, HUD, and HOME programs Total Compensation : Your total compensation package includes your base salary, training and development programs, career growth opportunities, and community volunteer opportunities.
