This position is ineligible for employment Visa sponsorship. Overall Purpose The Digital Property Specialist owns the execution, quality, and performance of all digital properties. This role is responsible for publishing content, maintaining site integrity, and driving continuous optimization through SEO, analytics, and user experience improvements. The specialist is accountable for how well the digital experience performs. Essential Functions Content Execution & Publishing: Build, update, and publish content across all digital properties. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and UX standards. Manage CMS platforms and ensure proper content structure. Quality Assurance & Site Health: Perform QA on all updates prior to release or publishing. Monitor sites for issues, bugs, and inconsistencies. Maintain overall site health, including links, performance, and usability. SEO & Performance Optimization: Implement on-page SEO best practices (metadata, structure, content improvements). Identify and execute opportunities to improve search visibility and traffic. Optimize high-impact pages for engagement. Analytics & Insights: Monitor performance metrics across digital properties. Identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to inform prioritization and optimizing efforts on all digital properties. Continuous Improvement: Proactively recommend enhancements to improve user experience and performance. Partner with the Manager to bring optimization ideas into the backlog. Ensure consistency and scalability across all properties. Supports the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data Minimum Qualifications Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications and/or previous relevant experience Deep experience with managing content through content management systems Typically a minimum of five or more years of related experience working with marketing teams on web marketing Demonstrated understanding of digital/web marketing considerations such as campaign flows, campaign/web analytics, and SEO content Proactive team member who easily collaborates with various teams Understanding of basic content strategy to drive marketing goals (leads, conversions, etc.) Ability to visually apply content to maximize user experience and customer path Experience with digital assets videos, images, file types, page layouts, navigation and taxonomy structures Familiarity with video hosting and Digital Asset Management tools (DAM) Confident communicator Background and drug screen Preferred Qualifications Webflow, Drupal, Eloqua and/or Salesforce Experience Cloud experience a plus Basic understanding of Google Analytics Experience with Google Tag Manager Working knowledge of content impacts to SEO Demonstrated focus on the user HTML or CSS a plus Agile/Scrum experience a plus The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
