Real Estate Office Admin (Weekends)

We are seeking a reliable and personable individual to support weekend leasing activities. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, assisting with inquiries and coordinating property showings.
Hours: Part Time - Day Shift Saturday and Sunday required, may be additional hours on Thursday and Friday Pay: $19-21/hour Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to general inquiries
• Greet and assist prospective renters / owners
• Schedule and conduct home showings
• Provide basic property information and ensure a positive candidate experience

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or showing homes/apartments
• Comfortable conducting in-person property tours and engaging with prospective tenants
• Strong customer service and communication skills (phone and face-to-face)
• Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor
• Ability to answer questions and present properties in a clear, appealing way
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently on weekends
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and tracking inquiries
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (if traveling between properties)
