Leasing Manager

Job Position: Leasing Location: Wyncote, PA 19095 Pay Rate: $26/hr Shift: Description: InterSolutions is a full-service recruiting agency specializing in the property management industry. We are currently searching for a direct hire Leasing Manager for a large 1000+ unit apartment community located right outside of Philadelphia, PA! This position will lead the leasing team of 4 to achieve all company occupancy and financial goals for the property. Primary Responsibilities: Manages all leasing operations to ensure maximum occupancy Leads and coaches Leasing team members Greets prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs and preferences and close leads Partner with the Marketing Department to create and implement marketing strategies for the community Accurately prepares and assist new residents with all leasing paperwork (i.E. Lease move-in packets, applications, lease agreements and employment and credit checks) and key distribution Collects security deposits, rent and any other charge associated with residents moves Communicates all lease and community policies to new and current residents Follows up with all leads and prospects that did not lease Ensures apartments are move-in ready by inspecting, and adding last minute touches when appropriate Responsible for completion of all of all reports to ownership and management related to Marketing and Sales Manages lease renewal process Follows up in a timely manner on all calls, emails and site visits Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Three years of experience in a lead apartment leasing role Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws Extensive experience with leasing and sales Strong leadership, training, and decision making skills Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and exposure to social media Ability to work day, weekend, and evening hours as required We believe in delivering the highest level of service to our clients and associates every day.
