Commercial Real Estate Appraiser Trainee

Job Summary:

Integra Realty Resources (IRR) is seeking driven, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing real estate valuation team in Kansas City . This position will help facilitate our national healthcare team as well as our local general commercial real estate appraisers. This is an in-office role working alongside experienced appraisers and analysts in a dynamic environment where collaboration and problem-solving thrive. You will be fully trained in our appraisal methodology and have the chance to advance with strong performance. We reward self-motivated team players who can work efficiently under tight deadlines. Working up to a real estate appraiser is a natural progression where earning opportunity can significantly increase for motivated and efficient individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research on properties
• Interact with brokers and other market participants
• Gather and analyze data on rents, occupancy, taxes etc.
• Populate Excel models and contribute to databases
• Engage with clients and stakeholders as needed
• Participate in team collaboration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Familiarity with real estate industry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Professional communication skills
• Applicants must be able to work full time from our KC office
