Lease Analyst

G.A. Rogers & Associates is partnering with our downtown Dallas-based client to identify a Leasing Analyst to join their growing team. The Leasing Analyst will play a key role in supporting lease administration, ensuring accuracy across agreements and partnering with internal stakeholders to track and maintain lease-related information. ? Dallas, Texas (Downtown) Key Responsibilities: Review, analyze, and abstract lease agreements and related documentation Maintain accurate lease records and databases, ensuring all information is current and well-organized Track key lease terms, critical dates, and compliance requirements Assist in preparing reports and summaries for internal stakeholders Support communication and coordination with landlords, tenants, and internal teams Ensure consistency and accuracy across all lease documentation Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in lease analysis or contract administration in the energy industry. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex datasets Ability to interpret legal and contractual language Strong working knowledge of oil and gas lease terms, title concepts, and land administration practices Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong organizational and communication skills Bachelor's degree Familiarity with lease management systems or contract databases Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 Per Year
