As a Commercial Real Estate Agent, You Will Be:

Prospecting daily

Networking/relationship building

Following up with potential business

Managing the sales transaction from beginning to end

Identifying opportunities within the market place

Evaluate financial and operational tradeoffs

Marketing

Structure and negotiate transactions

Build trust

Requirements to Apply:

Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain Real Estate license)

Undergo a background check during licensing process

Ability to drive to work independently

Commitment to investing in your professional growth

A strong work ethic and desire to be successful

Excellent communication skills and the ability to network to build your business

No experience necessary (new agents will receive training, coaching and mentoring to

get started)

Post-secondary education / college degree strongly preferred
