Unlimited earning potential with no cap on commission. Please consider the following split conditions: Your first SOI transaction is a 50/50 split. For the next seven deals you complete, the split will be 70/30. After completing your first SOI transaction plus an additional seven deals, your split will be 90/10 for life. This split does not reset annually. All deals that use Inventory are 50/50 spilt. For leads Atlas provides, you will receive a 50/50 commission split after any shared expenses. Technical Skills: Colorado Real Estate License (or actively working towards one) Entrepreneurial Not afraid to talk to complete strangers Good with people Knows the city Reliable transportation Likes to teach, willing to learn Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other basic office technology High-functioning multi-tasking Strong communication skills Ability to problem solve Systems-oriented Strong organizational skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must pass a background check #ZR
