PAY : $26- $27/hr

Up to $1,000 Quarterly Bonus

$100/Week On-Call Bonus

Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Unit turns

Snow removal

Grounds & curb appeal REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years maintenance experience (1+ in multifamily preferred)

Supervisory/lead experience

HVAC hands-on skills or certification preferred

EPA certification preferred
