What will you be doing?
As a Community Manager, you ll oversee a multi-million-dollar property, managing everything from leasing and resident relations to marketing, maintenance, and team development. You ll drive sales, ensure performance, and lead your team to success. This role requires strong leadership, customer service, and the ability to work independently.
What we re looking for:
2-3 years of management experience in multi-family properties (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and payroll software
