Right of Way Lease Analyst Location: Houston, Texas (On-site) Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who will play a critical role supporting our client's Land Administration team. Our team values accuracy, proactive communication, and an organized, collaborative approach to managing complex land agreements and lease payment processes. Responsibilities: Review and interpret lease agreements to ensure precise understanding of payment obligations and land use terms. Process periodic lease payments accurately and timely, maintaining compliance with contract requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally with Land, Accounting, Operations, Audit, Legal, and other departments to resolve issues and support seamless operations. Maintain and update lease records, manage digital mapping tools for land visualization, and coordinate lease renewals and terminations with relevant entities. Required: Proficiency in midstream land terminology and advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data reconciliation. Strong organizational skills and ownership mindset demonstrated by managing projects from initiation to completion. Experience working with alignment sheets and digital mapping tools such as Google Earth or ArcGIS. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in surface lease contract administration, land management, or accounts payable.
