Leasing Specialist

What You'll Do:

Establish and foster relationships with prospective and existing tenants as well as national brokerage firms through direct interactionsEffectively market a portfolio of premier commercial real estate assets to retain existing tenants as well as drive new business via new leasing activityInitiate, negotiate and finalize various transaction related agreements including initial proposals, lease agreements and amendmentsRegular interaction with senior executives and investorsAssemble and prepare all required information to effectively present prospective clients to senior executives and investorsEstablish and maintain an understanding of current market conditions and trendsRegularly travel to assigned marketsCompletion of department specific reporting and from time to time special or confidential projects for senior executives and investors
