This is a high-priority, immediate hire we're looking for someone who can step in confidently, lead a team, and keep the property running at its best from day one. Up to $1,000 quarterly bonus potential

$100/week on-call bonus

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

On-call rotation: 1 week every 3 weeks

What You'll Do: This is a working supervisor role you'll lead by example while staying hands-on: Oversee and complete work orders & apartment turns

Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and carpentry

Lead and execute preventive maintenance programs

Supervise, train, and support maintenance team members

Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal needs (including snow removal)

Partner with Property Manager on projects, budgets, and capital improvements

Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards

What You Bring: We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running : 4+ years of maintenance experience (apartment/multifamily preferred)

Prior supervisory or leadership experience

Strong skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs

HVAC & EPA Certification REQUIRED

CPO Certification Preferred
