We are looking to add a Senior Escrow Assistant / Floater to support multiple branches and teams across the region. In this role, youll operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, providing high-level administrative and operational support to Escrow Officers while stepping in where needed to ensure continuity of service and seamless transactions.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining workflow efficiency, supporting complex transactions, and helping make the dream of homeownership a reality.

What Youll Do:
Provide advanced support in the escrow process, including opening orders, reviewing files, preparing closing documents, and assisting with disbursements and post-closing follow-up
Float between branches and teams across the DFW Metro to provide coverage, maintain productivity, and support business needs
Interpret purchase agreements, lender instructions, and other transactional documents to ensure accurate and compliant closings
Communicate proactively with customers, agents, lenders, and internal stakeholders throughout the escrow lifecycle
Assist with troubleshooting complex or time-sensitive files and resolving issues efficiently
Leverage multiple technologies and platforms to facilitate smooth escrow transactions and enhance the customer experience
Support Escrow Officers with high-volume pipelines and help ensure deadlines are consistently met
Strong escrow knowledge with 35+ years of escrow or title experience preferred
Proven ability to adapt quickly in new environments and support multiple teams as a floater
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
Problem-solving mindset with sound judgment and a proactive approach
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies
Professionalism, reliability, and a collaborative team-oriented attitude
High school diploma or equivalent required
