Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of all areas within the property, including living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Laundry: Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, ironing, and folding linens, clothes, and other fabrics. Ensure all items are properly stored and maintained.
• Organization: Keep all areas of the property organized and clutter-free. This includes arranging furniture, tidying up spaces, and ensuring that all items are in their designated places.
• Waste Management: Dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately. Ensure that bins are emptied regularly and that waste is managed in an environmentally friendly manner.
• Maintenance: Identify and report any maintenance issues to the property manager. Assist with minor repairs and upkeep tasks as needed.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other necessary items. Ensure that stock levels are maintained and replenish as required.
• Guest Preparation: Prepare property for guests or tenants by ensuring that all spaces are clean, organized, and welcoming. This includes setting up rooms, arranging decor, and providing necessary amenities.
