Location: Dallas, TX (In-person)
About Us: Corgi is a rapidly growing Y Combinator startup specializing in rental insurance for property managers. Currently focused on single-family units, we are expanding into larger unit/apartment complexes. With $60 million in funding and backing from top investors, we are poised for significant growth.
Position Overview: We are seeking a Founding Executive to lead our expansion into multi-family units. This role is crucial for our strategy to hire seasoned operators with deep relationships in the property management industry. The ideal candidate will be a strong closer, capable of attracting talent, and leading a regional office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close deals with property management companies managing 5,000-15,000 multi-family units at a hyper speed (within 2 weeks) and 30,000 units within 3 months
- Reach out to deep networks, conduct deals, and close sales for multi-family complexes fast
Qualifications:
- VP, Executive, or Director level experience in property management or prop tech sales.
- Strong network within the property management industry.
- Proven track record of closing large deals and leading teams.
- Ambitious and driven to succeed in a fast-growing startup environment.
