Job Description
Seeking a reliable, HONEST, Person to manage 3 rental properties
Permanent work. Make easy tax-free money at your time. Will be responsible for checking yard work, remodeling work, service-call work before payment is rendered.
Permanent Part-time job
6-10 hours weekly
$20 cash Hourly PLUS bonus pay ( will explain)
Between 25-65 years old with references
Work can be scheduled around your time.
Must be available for service calls you schedule
Can inspect some remodeling work, move trash cans onto property, water lawn a few hours weekly, walk property and check yards, pick up trash, mail, and some light cleaning up

Has knowledge about some remodeling work
Has a eye for error, flaws, and lousy work from remodeling work
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be Local Augusta area resident with VALID GA drivers licensewhich has correct residence address
25-65 Years old
No physical limitations
High school graduate
Must have EXCELLENT communication skills with the property owner
Absolutely NO criminal history
Have reliable transportation
Drug test agreement
