Concrete Operations Manager Dallas, TX Full-Time | $130,000–$160,000 DOE + Bonus + Vehicle Allowance + Benefits

A reputable and growing concrete contractor in the Dallas area is looking to add a Concrete Operations Manager to their leadership team. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a hands-on, strategic position and wants to help shape the direction of a growing company with a strong pipeline of work.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all field operations across multiple structural concrete projects

• Manage project teams, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and quality delivery

• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and executives to align field and office operations

• Drive safety, productivity, and team development across all job sites

• Actively support business growth and future planning initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing crews and operations in structural concrete (grade beams, piers, slabs, tilt-wall, etc.)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• High level of accountability, organization, and initiative

• Experience in both new construction and repair/renovation

• Bilingual is a plus
