About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Agent to join our growing team as an Independent Contractor. In this role, you will receive high-quality, pre-qualified leads directly from us — serious investors ready to purchase, most of whom are completing 1031 exchanges.
Your primary mission will be to:
- Quickly engage with new inbound leads
- Build trust and rapport with investors
- Understand their investment goals and timelines
- Source and match them with suitable triple-net opportunities
- Guide them confidently through the purchase process along with our due diligence department.
Earning Potential
If you close just one transaction per month, you can earn well over $100,000 annually. One agent will earn over $100,000 this quarter.
Important: If you require a steady paycheck or a corporate salary structure, this position may not be the right fit. Recent agent commissions ranged from $10,500 to $88,000 per deal — directly reflecting the size of the transactions handled.

Who We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably with investment sales or 1031 exchange knowledge.
- Strong understanding of financial principles related to commercial investments (cap rates, lease structures).
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills — promptness matters when handling motivated investors.
- Self-driven professionals who thrive on commissions and enjoy managing their own pipeline.
