Job Description
Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to support day-to-day facilities operations across multiple portfolios. This role will be 100% remote and will need to work MST hours.
In this role, you will coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives, manage vendor relationships, assist with financial processes, and ensure the smooth operation of all building services. This position requires strong organizational skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to build strong partnerships with clients, landlords, and service providers.
* Provide daily support to and coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives
* Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and facilities vendors
* Assist in the procurement and management of contractors and vendors, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards
* Support financial processes including purchase order management, monthly accruals, and financial tracking
* Conduct regular site inspections, safety checks, and facility audits to ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained environment
* Assist in implementing property risk management programs and best practices
* Maintain the facility to a high standard at all times
* Support the implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
* Follow escalation and incident reporting procedures
* Support the preparation of management reports and assist with project coordination
* Monitor and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 2+ years of experience in facilities, property management, or related field
* Strong communication skills-both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
* Clean driving record required
