Assist in developing and implementing marketing program ? Establish relationships with prospective residents, current residents and staff members ? Show and arrange to lease vacant units to prospective residents ? Maintain positive relations with other staff members, suppliers, vendors, residents and professionals who service the site /company ? Maintain a working knowledge of personnel, accounting, administrative, leasing, purchasing and maintenance procedures to assist the Community Manager where required ? Assist in rental collection and in the service of legal notices ? Perform apartment inspection move-ins and move-outs as scheduled by the Community Manager in their absence ? Assist in lease renewal process ? Must be available for weekend office hours Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess prior industry experience coupled with excellent communications skills. OneSite property management software experience and a South Carolina PM license is preferred but not required.
