Responsible for Member's web site content updates for any Interactive Marketing initiatives.  Detailed Responsibility Description                                                                         Web Site Analysis - Use web analytic software (Currently Webtrends) to compile detailed weekly and monthly reports to analyze web site usage behavior. The data gathered will be used to evaluate current marketing initiatives, possible site enhancements and general web site usage trends.  Ongoing Web site maintenance – Document any enhancements and maintenance fixes, working with the initiator of the change and the development team for a complete understanding of the request. The documentation should result in an agreement from all involved on the expected results. Upon submission of the request, work with the IMC’s manager to set the priority of each work request. Quality Assurance Testing – Perform user acceptance testing upon all minor enhancement and maintenance work requests. Work with manager for major/medium enhancement requests to prepare and execute testing plan. Create and execute regression test plan for all production pushes to make sure site changes do not adversely affect current site usage. Perform post-Production smoke testing to ensure all enhancements/maintenance items are working as expected in Production. Ad-hoc reporting – Create and update reports requested periodically by the SIRA corporate team. These reports will come from different data sources depending on the request. The data sources can include Webtrends, comma delimited files, Excel but is not limited to those sources. The IMC needs to sometimes be creative enough to find solutions for the ad-hoc reporting requests that may come in.  Customer Service responsibilities – The IMC serves as the primary contact for the regional servicing staff. When issues are reported, it will be the IMC’s responsibility to troubleshoot requests to find the best possible solution and communicating the status of reported issues or change requests back to the SIR servicing staff.. If a development change is required, the IMC will work with our website development partners as well as our listing distribution partners in researching, finding solutions and implementing.  Member’s site content updates – Add/update any content on the members.sothebysrealty.com as it applies to the Interactive Marketing initiatives.
