Fulfill receptionist duties for the management office and provide administrative support to the marketing, specialty leasing and operations departments. Principal Accountabilities Marketing Function ? Assist in securing, planning and execution of all mall events and programs ? Work with retailers to secure involvement in all events and programs, track and document retailer participation ? Track and produce events and promotions results summaries, to determine impact on center traffic and sales in mall activities ? Coordinate merchandising activities for display windows and RMU units, focusing on percentage rent and seasonal tenants to maximize sales potential during key category retailing periods ?
