Prepare budget folders for all tenant improvements and capital projects; Follow through approval process; Assist Property Manager with tracking construction payments; coordinate receipt of Lien Releases before final payments are made to contractors

MAIL
Open & read all mail related to portfolio; Screen for urgent responses; Distribute to appropriate party; Follow up

MISCELLANEOUS:
Schedule and confirm appointments; Schedule and confirm conference room, if needed; Coordinate food and beverage orders in advance of meetings, as required; Set up conference room before and clear up after meetings, as needed
Arrange rental cars, car reservation, itineraries for various site visits as necessary
Detailed copying and distribution of documents
Help with the preparation and distribution of the annual Business Plan and any other presentation as needed
Coordinate information flow between Leasing Department, Accounting Department, and Property Management Department

LIBRARY
