Duties include but are not limited to supervision of maintenance staff and outside vendors, marketing and leasing of property, timely collection of rents and fiscal management. Section 8 Voucher, LIHTC and Market based required. Affordable housing based leasing and ability to multi-task a MUST! EOE.
